Well I went and bought Guitar rig 5 Pro, My first impression, well there went $300 bucks down the drain.
But after two weeks getting all the settings correct, computer, and amplifiers at a neutral setting, it sounds great.
Amazingly it doesn't sound over processed, The variety of sounds and effects is impressive, I do believe the "Brown Sound" is here. As is many other great presets.
It's funny, select say a ZZ Top sound and start playing, you say to yourself, this doesn't sound like ZZ Top, until you play a ZZ Top song, then it's oh, this is it.
Anyway, i guess I got $10,000 worth of Amps and effects for $300
