I think Andreas is tired of those jokes, now :laughing8:

I don't know, we've all seen the "sweater" pic.  :icon_jokercolor:

My "guitar" room does not lend itself well to family photos and I'm too damn lazy to go somewhere else so here ya go:

Oh yeah, obviously my Jet King showed up.  :icon_biggrin:

You guys have some amazing collections! it inspired me to take a couple pics of a few guitars I have at my apartment.  :eek:ccasion14:

I have some more, but there isn't room for them here, so there at my practice space along with my amps.

Is it just me, or does the Strat on the right look really HUGE?  :icon_scratch:

That Jet King looks pretty cool. I thought about getting the bass version (in white, with the argyle pickguard of course  :laughing7:), but never got around to it. How do you like the 6-string version?

It does look jumbo sized now that you mention it. It's all in the perspective - it's a small room and that's closer to the camera than the others.

I haven't had much time with the Jet King yet but initial impressions are good. The only real issue I've discovered is if I drag my finger across the pickguard I get static in the amp. I'm guessing/hoping that shielding and grounding the back of the guard will cure that? It also feels like the action is high, but I think it's due to too much relief in the neck rather than string heights. I dunno. Everything seems to fall in to the specs they give on thier website but it just feels a little strange to me. I want to get it setup with some heavier strings before I make too many decisions about it though.

Here is the entire guitar family!

Is this.... THE WARMOTH photo guy? :p Photos look similar.

Yes, it is! I knew I've seen that green bass somewhere before. I see you weren't welcomed properly before, so...

Welcome to the forum  :icon_thumright:

Gotta clean up my practice room on the weekend. Get me some good stands too. I should have some pics up in the next few days

#1 Tele, now with Guild Humbucker and L Series Tele Bridge pickups.....like going back to the 70s for me, though the compound radius Warmoth neck is a lot better to play than those old 9.5" necks.

Late 1970s?/Early 1980s got busy with my first project. It was a statement about what I thought of Gibsons and the Gibson Marauder in general......Punk was happening then too, so I used punk as a theme. Torched, spray painted, hit with hammers.....By sheer luck this guitar has the sound of Thor's fart in it, with some serious Bill Lawrence L500 tone and DiMarzio Super 2 (first series) pickups, Badass bridge and Grover tuners.....about 1/8" of gloss enamel lacquer underneath each pickup helps with a brightness of tone so I think too, lol.....This guitar can make a Plexi shiver with fear....It's called Trashy and looks it.

1983? Fender Stratocaster... Bought used in 1986. Presently loaded with 10-46 guage strings but sounds much better with heavier strings, gets that SRV soul going.
