Goncalo alves neck, need help from you experienced chaps out there!

I have a strat neck which i am hoping to smooth the fingerboard edges to make it more round like the high grade fenders are. I know the neck is raw but it there a sealer coat or something i need to put on it after i have finished sanding?

The GC necks come RAW unless you ask W to finish it.

The GC necks can be left Raw
