Why do they do that? I see heaps of things that get my fancy, and then I go...nope- trem. Every time. Why not allow people options if they have to then take the showcase body and route a chosen trem anyway?

I'm just guessing, but I suspect there's a lot of room to screw up a perfectly good finish by trying to route for a vibrato late in the game. Since they're playing the odds with the showcase and few people want Strats without vibratos, they're going the safe route. I know that's what I'd do if it were up to me.

I really like this one, but it confuses me... It's marked as quilted, but if I saw that out in the wild I'd have bet money that it's flame. I don't doubt Warmoth knows their woods better than I do, but I thought that was strange.

IIRC, that bridge pickup route isn't Floyd friendly.

I don't know, man, on both of my orders, from the showcase, they asked me if I wanted any special routes done to them. Also, there are a ton of gorgeous bodies that don't have any routes in them at all. I assume they do that because the wood is so perfect they want to leave it up to the discretion of the buyer. Just my thought on that.
