GAS Alert!!!!

I almost bought that, but I have too many projects as it is (guitar and otherwise).  It's damn sexy though.  I won't repeat what else I've thought about that body.

The trem hole isn't routed in the front yet. Is it impossible to make a hard tail out of something like that?
 
Block a gotoh 6 hole bridge from the W website. Their just as cheap or cheaper than lots of hardtail bridges and they are easy to block.

Believe me: with the real cool stuff on Warmoth, you gotta be fast, or you gonna loose it...
I've seen a awesome 18A quilted maple top strat with Tobacco Burst, the most awesome maple I've ever seen... 5 min later it wasn't there anymore...
 
So... I was thinking of a Strat with two humbuckers, one volume knob and one tone knob. Probably a rear route. Then I was thinking of a 24.75" conversion neck. Then Warmoth intro'd the 7/8 scale Strats.

Then I saw this.

More than just GAS - so I bought it!  :icon_biggrin:

Gonna swap it out with the Pau Ferror/Ebony neck on my white HH-strat - giving me a tad more warmth there. The other neck will do fine on my Tangerine strat with Suhr pickups - so it is a win/win situation.  :headbang:
 
That is a thing of beauty! That piece of Pau Ferro is especially tasty. Congrats on nabbing it.

Thanks - I instantly fell in love with how the Pau Ferro and Goncalo Alves match up almost seamlessly. So once again it was a expensive experience checking the RSS-feed late night.  :-\
 
When I first saw the pics I thought it was a one pice neck!

I've got a Goncalo Alves and Pau Ferro neck on my Strat and love it. You'll be happy with that one i'm sure!
