Floyd Nut Radius Question...

On the Warmoth website builder section, it states that a Floyd Rose nut works only with a 9.5 to 11 inch radius (@ 1st fret). My question is; how is it that two Floyd Rose equipped production line guitars of mine have a 12" and 12.5" radius?

There are many manufacturers of FR-style locking nuts.  They don't all have the same specs.  The OFR locking nuts made by Schaller in Germany have a 10-inch radius.

EDIT:  The best FR-style locking nuts are made by Kahler, however.  You can get them with a 10-, 12-, 15-, or 17-inch radius.
