anybody do this?  I bought my wha in 82 and its never realy worked well. I always receive radio signals on it so it's not much usable.

I'll qualify this by saying that Dan at Area 51 is a very good friend of mine, and then say that his stuff is the highest quality available. You will NOT be disappointed. My best friend has one of his wah's, it's a keeper. Absolutely nails the "Volunteers" era JormaTone. I've got one of his fixed/cathode bias kits in my Tweed Deluxe clone, best amp mod I've ever done. Adds tons of headroom.

By the way, Dan's a kickass guitar player and keyboardist, too.

Sure, I mod my wah. I just reach over and start twisting knobs.

All the info you ever wanted, and then some. No offense to anyone who charges for these things, but modding fx pedals is butt-simple, and something quickly learned.

you guys are cute with your rack mounts and modular synth parts...I own a Moog so I know what a vcf is! :icon_jokercolor:

Yeah, I'm being a dork. Hell, if I could get my mitts on a decent Moog or an ARP 2600 I wouldn't be doodling with this modular stuff.
