Hey dangerous, what are the size of a neckplate in inches?

I got a design in mind i'll see if i can draw it.

The plates are  2 1/2" long x 2" wide..

I think I'll get a chrome one (as I don't believe there is nickel avaiable...)

The plates are .070" thick, or 1.778 mm

Doug, I was thinking today:
Why don't you try to make some from a steel piece and apply the chrome/gold/black after it??? Perhaps could be cheaper for you... :dontknow:
I think a research of prices would be good, even if it becomes useless

That's a thought, but getting stuff plated is rather costly, plus the machined out portion would get replated......And defeat the purpose really...
