But yes, a WILD ONE (Emu) or anything else, would be a bit tuff / chewy.
Just like a wild pig compered to a farm pig or a wild chicken to a farm chicken. Same difference.  
(Al thou I was a Aussie butcher) so I have just about tried anything & everything that is edible….. with-in reason of cause.
