Whats up your ass pabloman?  :icon_scratch:
The others just think its a bit suspicious someone coming to the forum to make polls only,
as if later he wil make a final post saying, oh come here for all of these options avaliable and more at mothmothGeetar.com or something  :dontknow:

There really is nothing up my ass. Now on the other hand you should pull your head out of yours. What is the big deal about a few polls? I feel that you are really over reacting to this.
No it doesnt bother me in the slightest, to be honest whoever he is his polls were generally based round bass options, so  i like them,

U now I am sorry okay I wont post ONE pole in the next three months will that make you happy. I dont see whats wrong about posting polls. If I did anything I am sorry.

I find them funny. Cause even if they were available I seriously doubt he/she would buy them anyway. Probably some smartass kid just making stupid suggestions for the hell of it. Or like some others have said, A forum member with nothing better to do sit with his thumb up his ass.

See? All you guys are having a hissy fit and frightening the poor guy off when he was simply embarrassed about English not being his first language.

This is funny on so many levels.  Ultimately, who cares?  It's the suggestion forum.  What's the harm in it?

In that case let me suggest only to suggest the right suggestions. Because the wrong suggestions may be too suggestive. But then again that's just a suggestion!

And ... I do not know what I am smokin' right now  :icon_jokercolor:

I've seen this on other boards and I've always thought that the solution is to require a moderator approval for all polls. Just a simple yes or no from a mod and it either goes on the board or not.

Failing that, it's pretty easy to ignore any thread. If a pollster isn't getting responses, eventually their polls will vanish.

My problem with member polls is that the pollster is usually not very good at polling. They always forget that rarely will people's opinions fall along a yes or no, this one or that options. Sometimes the answer is none of the above, or even all of the above.

I just remembered that Joey always wanted a V bass or a double SG.... just sayin..

Oh Marko, you have caught me!
I have a secret love for hideous, impractical guitars.
I am so ashamed! Don't look at me! Everyone go away!

Exactly.
Why does it offend so many people to see a newbie posting polls?
Sure, it's a bit odd, but who's it hurting?

You don't have to read the threads people, just skip over them if it bothers you so much. :tard:

Doesn't really matter now as he's asked that his account be deleted.

Opening a new account and posting *only* polls was odd behavior and I was one that raised the question, "What's up with that?"  It was a fair and simple question.  Who knows, maybe they were all parts of a dream build.  We could have been more helpful knowing a bit more behind the motivation of the threads.  Too bad Crossroads didn't stick around to answer.

What possible reason would he have to ask the mods to delete his account? :icon_scratch:
That makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.

Too bad. Kinda drove 'em away, seems like. Hopefully he/she comes back under a different username and gets started off better. (Personally, though, I think it was the aliens.)

I understand a mod questioning him, but sometimes these boards feel like they drive people away with this "clique" mentality.  If you try to sell your Warmoth for anything more than parts value, you're a total jerk.  If you don't have an exotic wood neck with AAAAA flamed arsewood body, you're not cool.  If you don't have (insert fotm pickups here) in your guitar/bass, you don't know tone.

I just expect people to be a little more inviting, tolerant and inclusive.  Let the mods mod, and quit jumping on people over differences.  This is a wonderful hobby, and it's a shame to see such unnecessary (possibly unintentional) exclusivity.  Yes, mods have a right to question suspicious activity, but there's not need to light the torches over every little thing.

I'm going to start a poll to see if Mark should be banned for being too rational  :icon_jokercolor:
