WTF is the matter with him?!??!! So he joins a forum and only has 4 posts? How dare him. He has the nerve to make a suggestion to the all mighty W? Let's kick him off. I bet he isn't in the least bit reluctant to start posting considering his warm welcome. Just because someone doesn't adhere to your ideas of how things should be doesn't mean he has no right to do it. Hell it's a function of the board why can't he make those posts? Maybe that was his way of trying to spark up a conversation or debate. Some guys just really need to get off the frickin high horse. That to me is the biggest downside to this board. There are soooo many really knowledgeable members and sometimes it comes across as a bit condescending and self righteous. It does get old.

The others just think its a bit suspicious someone coming to the forum to make polls only,

Why would somebody make another account just to say, "Hey, you know what would be nice? 30" scale necks." That doesn't make sense. And why is everybody so up in arms over this? They made four polls (pretty sure it was only four). And they weren't even really out-there stupid polls. They were features that could legitimately be useful. This board is getting really dramatic, and it makes me sad. This is definitely my favorite forum, but when a new guy posting a couple polls causes people to throw their arms up and call for help I think I might have to be finished with it...

This board is getting really dramatic, and it makes me sad. This is definitely my favorite forum, but when a new guy posting a couple polls causes people to throw their arms up and call for help I think I might have to be finished with it...

Who said it made sense? who said every decision ever made in the history of decisions was brilliantly motivated? I'm not up in arms. heck... I have virtually no emotional response to this thread.

The poster might have beena  long time lurker and up to speed about the forum's culture.....And just jumped straight in with some suggestions with the mind they'd been reading the forum for so long (NOT a case of a total newbie trying to tell everyone what they should be doing?)...Odd that they only are posting Polls but then again..  :dontknow:

It doesn't have to make sense, but why would somebody need to hide behind another username just to say they wanted a doubleneck SG or a 30" scale neck? THAT is what would make no sense. It would be like me making up a new username just to ask for a different paint color or something. No point. I'd just post that with this username. Wouldn't it make more sense and carry a little more weight coming from somebody who's posted regularly to this forum for years? That's all I'm saying.

There really is nothing up my ass. Now on the other hand you should pull your head out of yours. What is the big deal about a few polls? I feel that you are really over reacting to this.

I got what you were saying both times, My statement is just because a choice seems illogical to us. may not to them.

Either way I'd love to hear what Crossroads has to say about all this.
