Closest Option To Gibson's "Honeyburst"?

So those of you who know me, will probably laugh and say "oh, another one of his dream builds..." but I recently played a Gibson 2016 50's Tribute T, in satin honeyburst, and I fell in love. I'm probably going to buy one... But then I got thinking about a VIP in the same fashion... (still gonig to buy the les paul, but also thinking of a new build).
It would be a VIP made of chambered mahogany, with a maple cap, probably a low grade flame, in satin honeyburst(?) with cream binding. Clear back. Mahogany neck, Gibson scale, satin, with an ebony fretboard and trapezoid inlays... cream binding there as well. cream plastics, zebra pickups, gold bonnet or gold barrel knobs... Gotoh 510 bridge... I can taste it now...

Sorry, I got carried away there...
Anyways, my question is, in everyone's experience, what would be the closest Warmoth finish to Gibson's Honeyburst? I noticed the Warmoth honey burst is more red/orange than the Gibson one.

You need "The Book of The Burst", if you get really interested in Les Paul bursts.

The original 50's bursts were cherry sunburst for the most part. The various things such as Honeyburst and others represent different degrees of fading. Of course the ones Gibson, are doing now are recreations of fades that occurred naturally (I wonder what they will look like in 50 - 60 years). Interestingly the original 1960 bursts you will tend to find are less faded due to a change in the process that year. They are all Nitro based bursts whereas Warmoth uses Poly.

Now you have me dreaming of a 1960 True Historic, its only four years away till the original 1960 bursts will be 60 years old as well as myself which seems a bit odd to me, but anyway might be a good reason to get one :-)

But anyway back to your build a VIP in Honeyburst would look good especially with some really nice bookmatched maple. Perhaps contact Tonar as suggested to do a nitro finish for you.

I concur.  as the proud owner of two Tonar burst guitars, I can say with authority that that's what you want.  Just save your pennies....

Absolutely +1 to this, but also, if you send a reference to Warmoth I am sure they could do it for you, maybe even without an upcharge if it is close enough to one they do.

I never even thought off Tonar.. that's a good idea.

And looking at the warmoth finishes, or send like what I'm looking for is somewhere between tobacco burst without the dark aground the outside  and black-yellow burst, with brown instead of black.
