Not everything is gold. I have some with black hardware, and a Jazzmaster coming up that will be blacker than black. There's also a Tele coming up that will be all chrome. I do have a lotta gold stuff, though. Can't help it. Sometimes, it's the right thing to do.

I'm doing a gold hardware guitar (Strat) soon - I finally saw a colour combination that I like with it.

Going all the way though - gold frets, gold strings, gold-plated polepieces on the pickups.
