Dude, I was extremely addicted to caffeine a few years ago. I finally came to the realization that I was drinking at least 2 cups of coffee per day, and that if I stopped, it was hard for me to function. So basically I got rid of all my coffee and tea (that part sucked... I had some really good loose leaf stuff from the British grocer that I just gave away to a friend) and I quit. I didn't have much caffeine after that for a long time. However, I've recently slipped back a little and now I'm having a little bit most days, like half a cup of coffee. But let me tell you, quitting was really really hard. I had headaches and fatigue every day for like 10 days, and then I was a little groggy for a few days after that.
