Hi, thought i'd just, if you haven't already seen it, post a link to a great guitar building series on youtube.

The series takes you through the complete process of building a new guitar model, from the drawing board to the actual building.
The guy building is Juha Ruokangas from Finland, who builds totally handmade custom guitars from scratch. (http://www.ruokangas.com)
