The more I hear about BKPs, I'd like to try them sometime.  I was very pleased with the RG single coils I tried.  I'm still a big DiMarzio fan, but I'd always open to something new.  Anyone know if you can get them in the US?

I stole this from the BKP website dealer page.

No dramas..

Fortunately (I think.....) BK are still a relatively small company, who concentrate their efforts on making great products, rather than fancy website design.  The website can be tricky to navigate sometimes......Take it from me (and Ted, Orpheo and NonsenseTele) BKPs are ruddy marvelous, old chap.....

I've been conceptualizing a mahogany V2 for some time.  I'm wondering how a Miracle Man bridge and Emerald neck would match up.

Ehhhh :icon_scratch:
Don't you want to enter in the BKP forum??  :laughing7:
Serious... Can't remember any review of it, but we can ask there on forum... But you might look there too, is as good as here, at least... :icon_thumright:

I work up my guitar build concepts around these pickups.

I won't say any more.

I don't know if I understand you correctly.  I myself do the build, then imagine the tone I want out of it, then choose pups accordingly.

As well as the Forum, Tim will respond directly to queries regarding his pickups, though it may take a day or two depending on his workload.  He was very helpful in recommending the pickups I'm using for the L5s 12-string project I've got going on.  I just told him the tone I was after and the style, and he was able to recommend a model.  If not for that, I would have gone down the wrong path, and that was based on advice in the forums and the pickup descriptions on the website (which I find can be a tad vague).

I like to have a clear idea of the tone first and then build around that concept.
