Hey, Keso -

Looks like a fun V you've built there.  Not my preference, but i appreciate that you've put together a handsome version of that axe.

I think it would be easier on your viewers, and present a more coherent vision of your work, if you start one thread for your guitar, and if you can't attach all the image you want to attach, just reply to your first post to attach more images.

Alternatively, you can post images to imageshack, photobucket or flickr, and then display the linked images here using the forum tools for doing so.

Always wanted a V.  Looks nice, I think.  The pics are a little too big.

What is PLEK?

I suspect "PLEK" is an acronym, but it's in German so I don't know what it stands for. In any event, a PLEK machine is a specialized CNC machine configured and programmed to automatically profile and adjust the fretwork on a guitar. They sell them as standalone tools, and some higher-end guitar builders buy them to set up their own products and sometimes offer the service for existing instruments. For example, Gibson and Fender both use PLEK machines in their Custom Shops. The name is also used as a verb, as in "I had to have my guitar PLEK'd, because Cagey was too busy to do it."
