Can it be done by someone? Sure. Will Warmoth do it? No. Will it look good? Probably not due to weird uneven absorption of the dye.

You CAN have a peghead veneer added and dyed/painted though. Warmoth can also paint certain wood combinations transparent or solid colors, however if it's maple/maple, that color would go over the face inlays. But you could do a Maple/Ebony neck with a transparent green back, etc...

This is all off-menu and would go through customer service to add if they approve. My disclaimer is that they are the final authority and I'm just a person that kind of knows some things and is possibly wrong.

Seconded. I have learned a lot from the YouTube guitar builders, both the how-to's and the how-not-to's.
