this would be an awesome build and at nearly 9 lbs bare it should sustain forever.
 
That body should come with the phone number of a good chiropractor. It might sustain forever, but I know that I couldn't keep it on my shoulder for more than a minute. It's a cutie, though!
 
The 40+ guys have the money but don't have the back on it's right place...

the 20-about guys have the back but don't have the money....

I have the back, despite being very 40+, just have other projects planned, and a couple overdue to finish up

I've got the money and the back.... but I need to show restraint.  I'm already planning 2 builds, and neither is a telecaster...
 
I'm a strong enough guy but I like 'em on the lighter side. If I'm sitting down, I hate feeling like my guitar is cutting off circulation in my leg.

Better sustain comes from a chunky dense neck.... than a chunky dense body... tho both help
