Thanks! It's only three months until I get my military bonus, and that's when I'll order the rest of the parts. I got a message from my girlfriend today. She told me that my pickguard from retrospec came today. That's a great thing! It shows that they are reliable even if they dont keep their customers updated about order confirmation and shipping notifications.

That sounds about like the process with Retrospec.  I guess that some folks are not as whiz bang with the technology and shipping, although with what they sell I guess we shouldn't be too surprised.
