Basically a smaller Mooncaster body about the size of a Strat.

See Paul Languedoc's guitar for an example. It is different from the VIP body.

Yea, it's smaller than a standard starcaster.  There's one in this month's GOM and you can see that it's not super large.

Here are some reported Starcaster dimensions.
Overall length is 42 1/4 in. (107.3 cm.), 15 1/2 in. (39.4 cm.) wide at lower bout, and 1 13/16 in. (4.6 cm.) in depth, measured at side of rim. Scale length is 25 1/2 in. (648 mm.). Width of nut is 1 5/8 in. (41 mm.).
Reported Strat dimensions
(1954) 18"L, 12.75"W, 1.75D
Mooncaster, smaller than a starcaster but by how much?  I don't have one.

Wow, I looked at the GOM list and it is definitely smaller than a Starcaster.

I never realized that; I had thought it was a very close copy.
