Well, I got the body out of the showcase, so I'm really not sure actually, sorry.  I can't really tell from looking at it, because I'm not sure how much of the burst over is just there to cover the laminate top edge.

One problem I'm seeing is the 24 frets, and neck pickup.  Their 24 frets are an overhang from the fretboard, which gets in the way of the neck pickup rout.  Also, with their SG, the extra 2 frets would be nearly impossible to reach.

Thanks everyone for the advice, but I really should have been much clearer about what sound I like (sorry).  I do play Metallica stuff, but mostly with...I want to say Slash style distortion/gain, so, not crazy high gain distortion, more of a "crunch" (I don't really know how to describe it too...

Hello everyone.  I have been looking around for an amp to go with my Warmoth for some time now, and have recently gotten the okay from my dad.  I need something that will be loud enough for small gigs, or at least keep up plenty well with a drummer, but still be playable for reasonably loud...

I actually like it.  It's different and I think pretty cool looking.  I like it...except for the price.

I'm not religious at all, so no, but I usually learn a few worship tunes around Christmas time.  But as soon as that's over, it's back to "the devil's music."  :party07:

Ouch... Oh, and no you're not alone....I've only liked the tele once (after seeing Slipknot live) but that was short lived for me.  I can understand people liking them....but I will never want one.  But like you said...to each his own.

I'd say the V headstock....  I think it looks cool on any body.  Either that or Jackson.

I believe their satin neck finishes are nitro. Anyway, yeah, Warmoth is great, and you should be very happy with yours, I sure am....what everybody else said.
