Hi... Just an update and follow up question. I was at my local shop to use their rehearsal studios yesterday, and noticed they had a Black Gotoh Floyd in the case... The guy behind the counter, who knows I'm a regular told me they ordered it in 12 months ago for another customer but didn't take...

Ahhh.. you've got me thinking of a guitar using the copper hardware now! And I haven't even built my first Warmoth Guitar yet... I'm thinking of a carved top tele, glossy white, with a natural mask binding, with all hardware that copper colour And the same while laminate on the head stock front.

I agree... It does look cool.... I also like those nickel black finishes I see some places...

I've just done some quick research... Seems, since it's a Licensed Floyd, and it's only single locking, it was not one of those Ibanez Edge bridges... so people are recommending a Floyd Rose Original (as the actual Ibanez ones won't fit. So providing the Schaller or Gotoh ones are the same...

hi all... I've always had fender style guitars, where the neck is dead flat with the body. I've always found say a Les Paul to be uncomfortable, like my picking hand is raised way too high... Mostly because of the TOM bridge and the neck angle... So I was reading about the angled neck pocket on...

Hi... I'm curious to know what pickups will fit in the EMG strat pickup rout other than EMG. I find the normal strat rout ugly when no pick guard in use... Looks to me like Lace Sensors will fit, but also some Seymour Duncan pickups look like they will fit as they don't have that little...

Also I suppose it comes down to what is shown on the invoice.... It's possible you could get away with saying the neck is part of the guitar, and you dismantled it for transport... Would warmoth separate invoices for me, I would think they would.
