Hey everyone,

today I received a mail from "my" sales representative -Paul- saying the order will probably leave Warmoth today.
On top he asked me, if I would like to get a picture sent. I just answered, sure I want to see a pic....

Here it is:

Doesn't that look sooooo beautiful. Especially the matching peghead?
It's supposed to arrive on the 9th of this month......
I am looking soooo forward to it...

Now I gotta hurry up and find me some HB's to fit this beauty.

Bye  JULIA

From what I can tell, that looks awesome Julia... :headbang1:
Such a small pic... :dontknow:

Hey Doug,

well, it wasn't me taking that pic. Paul was so kind to take one an mail it to me.
They sent out 2 packages and as soon as they arrive I'll take pic's with my digi-cam.
It's supposed to arrive Friday, shoot I have appointments to go to.

But hopefully Monday then, will be a very nice day, gotta get money from my account (poor account - getting emptied) to be able to pay UPS for all the fees and customs.......

I am soooooooo happy.

Bye JULIA

Yes x 2!

It looks cool and was cool fom Paul doing it... It's not so comum, usually on things they think are very nice I guess :)
Congrats!

It's leaving Warmoth today, and will show up in Germany on Friday? Geez. I live in the US and it takes 10 days for my stuff to show up.

Good for you, though! That's gonna be an exciting package to open. Warmoth's stuff is always stunning on first view.

Looks gorgeous Julia. Can't wait to see you put it together! I bet it's gonna rock!  :icon_thumright:  :hello2:

Great Julia .. looks cool  :icon_thumright:  Bling ... Bling .... Bling  :icon_biggrin:
Well you beat mine (ordered same date) but that just means my Custom build must be nearly ready too  :toothy10:

@ all,

thanks for all your nice comments. I cannnot wait for it to be put together.
Sadly enough, I don't have enough knowledge to be doing it myself and before I start messing up anything I'll let a luthier/guitar tech do it for me.
Still gotta get 2 HB's for that beauty. I thought about getting P-Rails, so it can be a real versatile guitar.

@ Cagey

just because it's going to be in Germany on Friday, does no necessariliy mean I'll have it in my hands on Friday (weep).  And I am not even at home on Friday, so hopefully Monday could be the date.

Bye everyone
JULIA

+1 on the P-Rails, they are amazing pickups, I highly recommend them!  :headbang:
Make that +2 from me too  :icon_biggrin: .... Black P-Rails perfect !!  :icon_thumright:

What knowhow?!?!! Just screw the neck on, and you're done for the most part! The redt is akso easy as taking a piss. Cant understand why people woukd have someone do it when its so simple.

@ Orpheo,

just because you know how to do it, does not mean everybody else does, too.
Putting the neck on, ok I agree is easy. But what about the pickguard, the bridge, the wires, the socket, the soldering...........and the set up.
I don't wanna mess up and screw more holes in that body than necessary.

Bye  JULIA

@ Tipperman,

excuse me, but what are humbooglers, never heard of them before....
I bet you mean the Lollar P-90 right?

Bye JULIA

+1. This does not get any simpler. Why throw away good money on some luthier's labor?
Drill some holes, slap it together, turn the screwdriver, you're done.

Though I suppose soldering is a little harder. That's a basic skill that everyone should learn, however.
