Wooden hardware - recommendations

So, I'd like to get matching wooden knobs, pickup rings and truss rod cover. Preferably Macassar ebony, to match my fretboard, or else black ebony or rosewood.

I'd prefer if the knobs didn't have set-screws.

I've seen a couple of online vendors and an e-bay shop that sells these, just wondering if anyone has any experience, recommendations, advice?
