Gonna have to get a warmth neck, Gave it to the Son In Trouble, He sprayed it silver. As you can see, the old paint is coming off easy. Look at that figure on the top, 1/4 thick !

Probably not.  If you can get the previous treatments off of it, you could dye it, however, it is difficult to tell when you have them removed.  So it'd probably be a good idea to seal it and then use an amber or something like that to make the figuring stand out.  It does have quite a lot of potential.

It's coming along, got the cream binding off, got all the garbage off the body. Gonna change the binding color to white, purple stain on the top, black back.

Black dye with a raised grain sandback before the purple dye would be even better.  :icon_thumright:
