Hi,
I'me about to change out a vintage trem for a Wilkinson WVS50IIK trem...and part of this process is drilling holes for the two trem studs ......but I'm a bit puzzled by the drawing...i had imagined that the trem posts would be exactly the same distance from the scale line, but when I look at the trem baseplate drawing, the blade edge which mates up against the lower & top post are at different points (not aligned) ...see the attached drawing to illustrate my point.
i'm figuring a few on here will have installed a Wilkinson trem - what gives?
