I am interested in making my own guitar from Warmoth & i just want to know all the parts i would have to buy to make it. Screws, wires, everything.

In general what are all the parts for a guitar with one pickup & one volume knob.

I know that i would need a body (duh), a neck (again duh), pickup, screws, wires, straplocks, tremolo, nut, tuners, volume knob, volume pot, pickup rings, paint.

That pretty much covers it.
It kinda depend on what body style you want to go for.
Give us some more details

The only possible thing I think you left out would be copper shielding tape, but the necessity of that is questionable.

Outside of parts though, you will need a pretty wide variety of tool.

  • Output jack (available at radioshack)
  • Jack plate
  • Neck plate and the correct screws (if you have a contoured heel Warmoth sells special screws for the neck plate)
  • Tremolo cavity cover, if desired
  • Copper tape (from Warmoth) or conductive paint (from StewMac) if desired... see lots of discussion on shielding bodies in other
    threads!
  • Pickguard?  You said pickup ring so I'm guessing this is a rear rout.
