I use only Thomastik-Infeld strings - on electrics and acoustics. They are by far the best I've found and consistently sound more musical, feel better and last longer than lesser brands. And there is no question about who makes them! I wish more people would buy their guitar strings, so they'll never be tempted to quit making them. They are famous for their bowed orchestral instrument strings and double bass strings and could no doubt survive quite well without making guitar/electric bass strings. Hope that never happens.

I have been using Ernie Ball Super Slinky 10's. The titanium coated ones. They feel great too me. Got them off Ebay for about $4 a set, which is pretty good considering they sell for about $12 in Australia at a music store.

they gve tremendous bottom end like and accoustic

D'Addario 011-.052. They make .010-52, I may have to try them as arthritis takes its toll...
The 10-52 is a nice light-heavy balance, your hands will thank you.

I just strung my Breedlove with a set of DR Rare Acoustic 11-50's and I can't believe how it brought my acoustic to life.  Just a world of difference :headbang:
I have never put 11's on my Breedlove so I am not sure exactly what to attribute
the change too; heavier strings or the strings them self, but I am really diggin' them.
:rock-on:
