Well I really stopped using modulation FX a few years back short of a slight bit of reverb and a little slapback for my last project.

But, my all time favorite was this cheap ass, surprisingly awesome Chorus pedal.

Have to throw in the Earthquaker The Depths.  I borrowed one from a bandmate and its on my list for next pedals to own.
Vibes to me are those "sound great if its just me playing" type of effects, but get lost or just sound crappy in a band situation.
This is the first one I've tried that has enough versatility that I can add some great movement to the music without being too obtrusive or annoying.  It sounds great doing some Trower licks but to me its worth having just to put some fattened vibe chords in the mix.  Very usable pedal.
That said, its sick with a good fuzz too...
