Has this one been moved to work in progress? I'm thinking of something somewhat simnilar and would like to see how you've gone! Especially seeing the thing together, I'm tossing up between the Warmoth peghead and the LP.

"Bodies that already require an angled neck pocket because of being a carved top or because of a particular bridge choice are NOT eligible for this additional modification." In other words, your non-recessed T-O-M bridge requires an angled neck pocket, so this mod couldn't be done anyway.  The gap is probably exagerated more by the fretboard extension.
