Walnut Jazzmaster Body + Solid Rosewood CBS Neck Anchor?

Would a solid walnut Jazzmaster body and solid rosewood CBS neck be obnoxiously heavy? I'm planning a build and want some hard woods, but afraid of the weight. 7 lbs is a comfortable heft for me, but I'm probably headed toward 9 lbs+ with these wood types? Appreciate any insight.

I have a chambered walnut/maple lam top jazz master that is 8 lbs. also has walnut/ebony neck

The guitar in my signature has a rosewood neck with a bloodwood fretboard. No issue for me.

Just shy of 8 pounds, but if it's a solid body, it'll be heavier so 9 is probably a good forecast.

I finally got it to the way I like it. Inspired by a sunset in oz. It really is beautiful.

Neck Pocket Angle: ~2 degrees

Semi-hollow, hollow, or chambered is probably the way to go with walnut. Maybe a solid body if planning on playing sitting down. Roasted swamp ash might be a good alternative.
