I have been telling you guys for years that once you own a Tele it is all over. Hey I have a lot of guitars but there is just something about a Tele that makes it a great guitar to play. and they are planks of wood with a neck that all.....Cagey said:People's tastes change, too. As far as turn out. I am sure the reset didn't help. That and putting the GOTM on its own section affects the voting as well. The general section gets most of the traffic.

Somehow though they grab your soul. I think it is the ability to abuse them for the sound and they do seem to have the sound. I just always wonder how the first attempt by someone who knew basically nothing about guitars could end up as a product that 60 plus years later could still be such a viable design?
Funniest thing is that Gibson and the other guitar makers laughed at the design and said it would not last.
