That is a gorgeous guitar! Do you notice any distinct differences in the pickups than you'd expect from other humbuckers? I've been so curious to try Alumitones in a build, if even for the light weight, but haven't yet.

The clarity and sensitivity of the pickups whether using a clean amp or heavy gain settings is incredible. They sound a little clearer than the Fralin Blues Sunbucker set I recently put installed in a Warmoth strat body. This morning I was playing the guitar plugged into my Mayfly Sunrise pedal with headphones, and "Precious" sounded gorgeous.

Thinking about tossing out the Dimarzio Transition (Lukather) humbuckers I installed in my Battle Axe Velocity with some blue Alumitone Deathbuckers.
