Tuner ream

I recently purchased a showcase neck with the Schaller/Modern Fender/Sperzel (25/64") tuner ream. Does anyone know if gotoh 360 Schaller style tuners will work with this tuner ream or would it be best to buy a different set of tuners? When test fitting the gotoh tuners they almost fit, but the holes will definitely need to be enlarged a bit. I wanted to ask before I make any modifications. It’s a 6 In-line Strat neck. Thanks in advance.

The specs from Gotoh show a 10mm peg shaft, so they SHOULD fit. It sounds like it's a tight fit though; I would.wrap some sandpaper around a dowel or something similar and carefully open up the holes a little. Carefully is the key word though, you want to keep a snug fit.

They will be close, but 25/64" is around 9.92mm just shy of 10mm. Even with Schallers, the holes need to be adjusted slightly as mentioned by @ragamuffin
