Tuner question...

Gents,
I have 2 sets of identical Hipshot locking tuners.
One set turns quite easy with not much resistance.
The other set turns very tightly. Does this make
any difference in terms of keeping the guitar in tune?
If so, can I fix the loose ones by just tightening the screws on top?

yep.  it's all about the screw on top  (of the knob that is).

should not be any difference in tuning stability
