TOM vs TOM?

What's the difference between the Gotoh TOM and the TonePros TOM?

Besides 40 dollars, of course. Reading the description of the TonePros TOM, they don't exactly try to sell you on why it's worth the extra cash.

Tone Pros are made by Gotoh...

The only advantage of Tone Pros is while changing strings it doesn't fall...

The only difference I noticed going from a standard ToM on an Epi LP to a Tone Pros ToM on my Schecter was that the low E string was much more easliy knocked out of its groove on the Tone Pros unit. I always change strings one at a time so I have zero need for a "locking" ToM.
