I'm not quite as interested in the synth part as I once was, but my interest in the G-707 body has been piqued after watching some old videos (where it was used as a guitar only)

Weird Kahler like trem aside - the stabilizer bar thing just looks cool. Got enough on my plate, not planning a project (though it would be cool (or would that be gnarly) to do a Floyd based G-707 guitar.

It's cool, but it's not as cool as that red Gibson Archtop with a hammer and Stickle that the other guitarist in Sigue Sigue Sputnik had.

That stabilising bar doesn't really do very much, other than causing problems when you set the truss rod. The shape isn't great for sitting down and it's neck heavy.

Well, at least the G77 is for me.
