I just let the guests go, am about to hit the sack...Happy Thksgvng to all who care about it. I cooked : Prime rib roast w/ shitake red wine sauce, veggies, salad with pears and stuff in it, potatoes, guests brought homemade flan, we drank a ton of great wine. Appetizers all from the local italian / greek deli: greek sausages, antipasto, Prosciutto, caprese salad, etc. etc. - & good fresh bread.
Beats the stuffing out of a dried-up Big Bird if you ask me.  :icon_thumright: Grats cowboys fans, but what did you think was gonna happen?

We don't celebrate Thanksgiving here, but when I came back from my school camp my mum made me a feast of her home cooking because the food at camp was inferior to dog food. I did eat too much.

I've been living in Japan since 1991 but I am American. I'm from Cincinnati, Ohio. I don't think I need to explain my feelings for the Steelers.
