I finally had a chance to sit down and put this one together over the weekend.
The body and the neck are from the Warmoth sale.
The pups are:
Rio Grande Dirty Harry at the bridge (Like this pup)
Vintage Vibe Custom wound humbucker at the neck
(Awesome service by Pete and even better sound - Highly recommended)
Zinc alloy neck insert kit from Onyx Forge
Babicz tele bridge (it's nice)
5 way switch (1. Neck Full HB, 2. Neck coil shunt, 3. Neck full HB & Bridge, 4. Neck coil-shunt with Bridge, 5. Bridge)

Nice Tele!

I'm looking forward to hearing a review of that bridge.  I know you aren't A/B'ing it, but first hand reviews are the best.

Oh it's gorgeous! I remember that one in the showcase. It looks fantastic. Would love a more complete review and tons more pics.

Yes, that is a really beauty  :glasses9:  Gotta love those carved top tele's...
I too would like to hear more reviews.  Especially about that bridge and your V V Custom humbucker.
:kewlpics: :rock-on:

Before I say anything about how those pups sound like,
I need to mention that the pots are both 500K and the cap is 0.047.

The bridge pup sounds somewhat subdued than what I expected.
(I had expected an out-of-control sizzley P90 sound)
It sounds like Duncan JB HB on my strat (500k & .022 cap).
Very similar tone with hum, of course. If I were to compare it to a bowl of
chili, it's chunky but not too spicy. I need more hot sauce.

Now, the neck HB.... oh, man! I love it. It has a sweet singing tone.
It is more than what I expected. Very smooth and buttery. It's dead-quiet.
Awesome clean sound! My favorite HB so far.

Sorry if I was not able to describe as well as others.  :toothy11:

Honestly, I don't know if this bridge alone improves sustain and sound because I don't have a normal tele to compare it with.
This guitar does hold notes longer. I'm not sure if it's the bridge or the combination of fatback neck, new strings, hardtail body
and extra tight neck joint (thanks to the neck insert kit from Onyx Forge).
I like the saddle design, though. It makes perfect sense how the saddles are designed. It's also designed so that you don't have to
have a string-through-body.

Very pretty; nice choice in knob color to compliment the body wood  :)

Personally, I would probably have to scrape that name off the bridgeplate; even having an ugly scratch would be better.  I have TremKing's name imprinted on the bridge I'm putting on the Tele I'm building and it's getting to the point where even its low-key placement and look bugs me.  For me the aesthetic line for when a label crosses over into an advertisement is almost to the point where anything of any sort qualifies as something for which I ought to receive sponsorship money.  Damn I'm a grumpy gus.

I love it a lot!
not sure about the looks of the bridge though.. the saddles look kind of bulky..
other than that . Brilliant!  :hello2:

Very nice TS!

The pickup; is it Vintage Vice or Vintage Vibe?  I'm not sure if you made a typo or there is some other Pete out there besides Biltoft.

It looks like you got the decal on just fine.  How did that go?

Vintage VIBE, of course! :) Sorry for the typo.

As for the decal, I was scared to put finish over the decal
as I have no experience. I just read things online here and there
along with info from Tonar and others. (Thanks)
I used the nitro lacquer spray from Stew-Mac. Many layers and
wet sanding. The nitro lacquer didn't react to the poly finish of
Warmoth. Actually, I'm not sure if Warmoth used poly lacquer.
All I got from Warmoth was that they didn't use nitro lacquer on
the neck that they sold to me. I don't know if this process is something
I would want to repeat, though.  :tard:

I'll post some sound files when I figure out how to do so with my mac.
I'm not sure if you guys want to be subjected to that kind of sonic torture...

Very nice. Now I want to rebuild my Tele. I just put a set Vintage Vibe customs in my L5s, Pete does an amazing job.
