Ya'll seen these yet? I just saw the ad in GW and checked out the site, pretty cool trem for strat's.... The nut is rather hideous, probly use a Floyd nut, but other than that too cool.....:toothy12:

I like it.  Agreed about the nut, but I could see it growing on me over time.  Does it come in black and/or gold, as well?

Looks cool to me, much less of an eyesore than a FR, locking nut included. Too bad it's all nickel, my hands wouldn't like it. What's wrong with chrome or just basic stainless steel?

this is the exact thing someone here was giving a guy grief about a little while back  - for spamming

Except Dangerous has been around for a while.  I think we know he's not spamming.  The other guy, it was his first post, I think.

And for those who don't like the style of this or the Floyd...form follows function.  Its all good, I personally hate the tele pickguard, but hey, if it floats your boat...

Wasn't spamming at all, just mearly posting info on something new I hadn't seen b4 Gary.....

I wasn't saying you were spamming, just that I remember this being posted here before and the thing got hammered by someone pretty hard - on top of all the spam talk.

Oh, ok....guess I never saw that....... :laughing11:

Yeah, I was the one who posted here earlier about that...and it was like "NO ONE Expects The Spanish inquisition!!"  :laughing11:

I was NOT, repeat NOT spamming...HONEST, guys!  :blob7:

I'm planning on getting one and adding it to a project strat...when that finally all comes together, I'll let you know how it works!
:guitarplayer2:

Just be careful no one claims there's Spam in that vomit... :laughing3:

(Imagining a horde of Vikings chanting "Spam, Spam, Spam..."  :laughing7:

:headbang:  I have #69  in my stratocaster.  Very pratical.  Never goes out of tune.  Yeah the headstock looks different, but only strat purists are gonna nit-pick it.  I guarantee if these were around when hendrix and srv were around....they would've used them and modernized the stratocaster.

That is certainly possible.

the tremolounit fits on a tremolo-ed les paul, BUT the nut will ONLY fit the straight-angled headstocks, due to the nutshape. just that you know :)

questions for who have the tremolo:

1: can you dive as far as with floyd roses?
2: can you pull up as far as with FR's?
3: is it as stable?
4: how solid do you think this unit is?

the tremolo pivot system consists out of 3 parts (1, 2 and 3 in my sketch). for the owners: does part 2 move? or is it rock solid?

I just threw up in my mouth a little...

Won't a LSR nut and locking tuners do virtually the same thing and cost about 100 bucks less?

if you would have read the site, you would have known that the anwer is:

NO

that nut is a LOCKING nut. that tremolo is a LOCKING bridge. and I, for one, think its a better design than leo fender's stratocaster 6 point synchronised tremolo
