I have two of them and like the way they perform. If you are looking to drop the strings all the way to your frets, this is not for you. This is more like the subtle trem action of a Bigsby. They are well made and the arm action is smooth. The trem rides on roller bearings instead of a knife edge and post. This lets the bridge return to center without going out of tune. Installation was easy and you use the existing hole that are already on your guitar. I have one made for Teles and the other is for hard tail applications. They have stop tail models for Gibson also. You can find good examples of guitarist doing demos on YouTube. You will also find installation and setup videos. I like the product, but like everything…you will find people who don’t care for them too.
