would a standard gibson size p90 fit into a standard fender jazzmaster body?

does any body have measurements of the depth of a jm's pickup cavity and likewise with the depth of a standard p90?

appreciate the feedback.

btw yes i know that a standard p90 would not work with a standard jm's pickguard. but that's not my concern/question. my concern is primarily about the depth of a standard jm's pickup cavity and whether a standard p90 would fit into that.

thanks.

I have P90 routs in my Warmoth JazzMaster.

If you scroll to the bottom, you can see them sitting in the body under the pickguard.  I'm not sure how far the Warmoth JM differs from the Fender specs, but it couldn't be too dramatic.

and is that a warmoth modified mustang bridge? if so how is the sustain on it?

appreciate the feedback.

it's very similar to a Mustang bridge, but is wider to allow proper intonation of the low strings on a Bass VI style guitar. A French luthier makes them.  Quite a hard piece of gear to track down, especially with Bass VI Parts being so rare.

I'm still saving for the neck, so I'm afraid I haven't got it all assembled.  Too many builds going on, and I just tore my ACL so need an expensive operation now..D'Oh!

I should also point out that the pickups are sitting on some foam because they actually sat too low in the pickup cavities, i thought.  Though that will be easier to tell when it's all put together.
