Squier Vintage Modified Tele SSH pickguard

Greetings!  I have aSquier Vintage Modified Telecaster SSH Electric Guitar. I want to update the pickguard.  I see I can order a pickguard with these specs:
Pickup Rout
Neck Pickup
Seymour Duncan Mini Hum
Middle Pickup
Strat®
Bridge Pickup
Vintage Tele
.
Now, this guitar has "designed by Seymour Duncan" pickups in all 3 spots.
Will this pickguard as spec'ed above do the trick?  Any input is appreciated.  I have not purchased from Warmoth before....if this doesn't fit would I be able to return it?

It'd probably work from what I saw when searching your Squier.  The screwholes may be off, but as far as I know custom pickguards are not returnable.
