I'm currently waiting on two builds, don't need a third one right now. But these would be great builds. Just noticed these on the site, thought maybe somebody here would like to check them out.

i've been looking at that soloist for probably close to a month or more... but i'm not a tremolo guy  :-\ or it would be well on it's way to my door. i've thought about saying F-it and getting it anyway, but it would take a backseat to any hardtail i had laying around and look at it! it would be pretty unhappy about being second to anything i think  :icon_biggrin:

Put an OFR with a brass block on it without the recess and set it up to sit against the body or recess it with a Tremolo-No.  :headbang1:

If that soloist is around during this summer when I get money, Its mine. I just try to not act attached because as soon I as I do I know it will disappear.

I had my eye on a tobacco burst single H strat in the screaming deals for the last week and i kept saying to myself if its still there on sunday i  am going to pull the trigger. Its now Saturday morning and its gone.

Moral to the story is "BUY IT NOW"

There was a Jungle Burst wild quilt top Strat body that was in the screamin' deals for a while. Had it configured and in my shopping cart, when I got ready to pull the trigger, it disappeared.

I am now configuring a Jazzmaster body for a baritone build, but i am going to order this one to my specs so no one can take it off me.

Well I'd say if your a bit hesitant to start with and don't get it right when you see it, you really weren't positive that's what you wanted. Maybe what you'd settle for.... :dontknow:

If I see something and immediately know without a doubt that's what I want, I don't hesitate.

3 builds in my head at the same time, none a strat, but if it had of been a LPS in that configuration it was gone.

Yes, I am seeing those lips!  Directly above the upper lip in the center is an upside down skull.
As I have a couple more beers, I am sure I will come up with more visions.

I am also seeing those faces that keep laughing back at me.  They think I can' see them, but I see them all.  Every last one of them!
I know that I am o.k. because my doctor tells me so each and every day.

yeah, i'm thinking a tele build on my next project, but i'd still take a tele deluxe over a carved top tele. they're very pretty, just not for me i guess. i'd take one, but i don't think i'd drop $1000 or so on a project for one. of course i'd probably take ANY guitar somebody was trying to give away

the L5S in a carved top would be AWESOME though! or an SG. i really liked the diablo (i think it was called) from gibson
