Soldering temp

I used to do my soldering with a 15W pencil for soldering wires and a 40 for the back of pots (which I will keep doing because of the wide chisel tip). But now I have an inexpensive soldering station. (the same one they sell on BYOC)

But it's marked in Celsius. What is a good temperature for soldering the wiring in a guitar? I know it depends somewhat on the solder but I just use the typical 60/40 stuff. I'm sure there is a range but I could use a starting point.

TIA

There's a chart here that lists alloys and temperatures in F and C if you want to go by that.

The temperature of the parts you're trying to solder is more important, though. Even a little 15 watt pencil can melt most solder alloys, but if it can't heat up the parts, you're out of luck. Also, if it takes too long to heat up the parts, you can damage them.
