I went with the Seymour Duncan Brad Paisley La Brea pickup set and StewMac wiring kit. Shielded everything but the neck pickup cavity because is was ugly with it and ripped it out.

Gotoh Art 3 bridge w/ compensated saddles (off +1 and -1 on either side, not bad).
Neck relief is just a hair above flat.
Action .06 on bass and .05 on treble.

It plays wonderfully with the most glorious clean tone on a Fender Twin (modeled on Mustang GTX) with a hint of compression.

I may bust out the fret erasers and polish the stainless frets up a little. My velocity has the same neck parameters but with nickel frets and it is a smoother feel. But that may be just because it's well broken in
