Small Clover Style tuners

Hey guys, I'm trying to find a company that makes reliable tuners in the small clover style that fender used to have on its american deluxe basses a few years ago (http://www.fender.com.au/electricbasses/jbass/amerdeluxe/amdlx_jazz_v.shtml). Anybody know if any one still makes these? I really love the look of that jazz bass. Thx

close, I don't mean the actual gear part but rather the head. Like this:
