Simple hand tool solution for recessed neck screw ferrules

As coronavirus outbreak that I can’t go China factory to use milling machine to do recessed neck screw ferrules sunken .

I need to find simple ways to do it .
I find the core Annular Cutter with some mod can do it by hand .

Nice! I like that that approach allows you to keep the plane of the ferrule perpendicular to the fastener even with a contoured heel, as opposed to having them meet at an angle as you get with a standard mounting plate.

Looks good. Twirling that by hand like you do doesn't take too much off at a time.

Great stuff!  Did you have to use different length neck screws?  Also, what is the size of the cutter, and the size of the guide inside the cutter?
