schaller FR

Just installed a Schaller FR with the screw-on, collar arm. It's driving me nuts because even when tightened all the way down, the arm has a bit of up and down play in it. Makes subtle trem movements and flutters very annoying! Anyone have a fix for this? I seem to recall a schaller FR back in the day with a pop-in arm. Am I dreaming this? Any suggestions?

Possibly, the Jackson JT-6 was the last one I've seen with a pop in arm.  The Floyd Rose II was a screw in type.

Does the sleeve wobble when the arm isn't installed?
